Law, like anything else, requires practice. I have learned to prosecute personal injury cases with years of practice. I’ve handled cases in which I have compelled insurance companies to pay either because they made a mistake, or attempted to pawn responsibility to another carrier.

I represented a client who drove into an intersection on a green light and was hit by another driver. Both drivers claimed to have had the green light. I found a video, which showed that the other driver ran the red light, and I used it to negotiate a favorable settlement. Most cases aren’t this complicated, but it helps to know how to handle one when it appears.
